Available positions

STORE MANAGERS
Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing financial performance of the store. Candidates should have 3 years progressively responsible related experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience plus ability in analyzing financial reports.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS
Responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations including staffing and financial accountabilities. Candidates should have 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience, including 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of experience in directing the work of others.

SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Responsible for assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts while effectively deploying and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service. Candidates should have at least 1 year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Requirements for the above 3 positions:
  • Speaks and writes good English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act with a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds expectations

DISTRICT MANAGERS
Responsible for leading the store operations within an assigned district to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The district manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the stores within the assigned district. In particular, a majority of time is spent developing store management talent, overseeing the district’s store management workforce, making management staffing decisions, ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the district’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the district. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Experience:
  • Progressively responsible retail experience (6 years)
  • Experience analyzing financial reports (6 years)
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (5 years)
  • Experience in a multi-unit environment (6 years)
  • Retail management experience (6 years)
