How can I purchase a Starbucks Card in Singapore?
You can purchase your Starbucks Card at any participating Starbucks store in Singapore.

Which are the participating Starbucks Stores in Singapore?
All Starbucks stores in Singapore, with the exception of our stores located at Changi Airport, are participating in the Starbucks Card program.

What can I purchase using my Starbucks Card?
The Starbucks Card can be used to purchase anything in our store, from your favorite beverage to the latest merchandise.

What are the benefits of using a Starbucks Card?
The Starbucks Card offers you greater convenience when making your purchases. With the ease of one quick swipe, you can use it to purchase anything from your favorite beverage to the latest Starbucks merchandise.

Not only is it convenient to use your Starbucks Card, you will also get to enjoy the following benefits:

Upon activation of your Card in-store:

* Complimentary wholebean coffee or VIA® Ready Brew is based on non-promotional items only.

All complimentary items are valid for one month from the date of issue and are valid from your next purchase.

Upon registration of your Card on-line:

# Registration benefits are only credited to the first Card registered. Multiple Cards registered to the same account are not eligible for the complimentary items, however, your balance is still protected.

* Birthday privilege is valid during your birthday month only.
The above privileges will be activated on your card on your next visit to your favorite Starbucks store.

Why did Starbucks introduce the Singapore Starbucks Card?
Why not? It’s just our way of saying thanks for being a loyal Starbucks customer. If we can enhance your Starbucks experience with the convenience and benefits of using the Starbucks Card, then we’re doing our job right.

How can I find out the balance on my Starbucks Card?
You can check the balance on your Card at any participating store in Singapore by asking for a balance inquiry from our partner at the register or by logging onto www.starbucks.com.sg.  Additionally, Starbucks Card transaction receipts will include your remaining Card balance.

Customers may also contact the Starbucks Card customer call centre, during office hours, using the local toll-free number 1800-782-7282 to obtain a balance on their Starbucks Card or by emailing us at customer@starbucks.com.sg.

Why should I register my Starbucks Card?
Registration of your Card helps protect the balance on your Card. If you have lost or misplaced your Card, you can log onto www.starbucks.com.sg to deactivate your Card or simply transfer the balance to another Card. The balance amount upon deactivation will be protected. You will also enjoy the benefits that come with registration of your Card.

How do I register my card?
It’s easy to register! Just log onto www.starbucks.com.sg and get started. You’ll need your Card with you and simply follow the instructions to get your Card registered.

Will I be able to view my in-store transactions on-line?
Yes, you will be able to view the last twenty transactions on your Card.

What should I do if my Starbucks Card is lost or stolen?
If your Card is registered, you will be able to deactivate your Card and protect your balance upon deactivation.  Simply log onto www.starbucks.com.sg, Sign In to your Starbucks Card account on-line and click on Report Loss of Card. You can transfer the balance to another existing Card or upon deactivation a replacement card will be mailed out to you for you to transfer your remaining balance to via the same website.   

Can I reuse my Starbucks Card?
Definitely! Your Starbucks Cards is re-loadable and re-useable. You can reload your Starbucks Card with additional cash value in any of our participating stores.

How do I reload my Starbucks Card?
You can reload your Card at any participating Starbucks store in Singapore.

Is there an expiration date on my Card?
The expiration date is 3 years from your last transaction on your Card. So, as long as you keep using your Card, the expiration date keeps rolling.

Can I transfer the balance from my existing Starbucks Card to a new Starbucks Card?
Register your Cards on-line and you’ll be able to transfer balances between your registered Cards at any time.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount the Card can hold?
You can load the Card from any amount in denominations of $10 to $300 with $300 being the maximum amount the card can hold at any one time.

Can I make partial payment with my Starbucks Card?
Yes, you can split payment on a transaction using your Starbucks Card and any other form of payment that is accepted at our participating stores.

Can I pay using multiple Starbucks Cards for one transaction?
Yes, payment for a transaction can be made with more than one Starbucks Card.

Can I return a Starbucks Card for a refund that I have purchased or received as a gift?
Refunds can only be done personally at the Starbucks head office. The original receipt upon purchase of the card needs to be produced with the Card for a refund to be processed.

How does Starbucks protect my privacy after I register my Starbucks Card?
Under the Starbucks.com privacy statement, Starbucks will not give your name to other companies without your permission. Also, you control whether or not you receive information about special promotions and events from Starbucks.

Can I update my personal particulars on my Starbucks Card?
Yes, you can view or update your personal particulars by visiting www.starbucks.com.sg.

Can I purchase a Starbucks Card in Singapore and use it in another country?
The Starbucks Card in Singapore is only valid for use in all participating stores in Singapore.

Can I reload my Starbucks Card issued from another country in Singapore?
The Starbucks Card in Singapore is a locally issued and managed Card; all transactions can only be done for the Singapore Starbucks Card. We are unable to perform any transactions including reloading on foreign Cards.
