Barista job application guide
Our baristas are the foundation of our business. When it comes to providing Starbucks customers an exceptional experience, our baristas are as important as the quality of the coffee that we serve. We offer both full-time and long term part-time positions. We require a minimum commitment of 20 work hours per week for part-time employment. Our baristas are responsible for the preparation of hot and cold beverages, cash register transactions, store cleanliness, product merchandising and creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
Each Starbucks retail store independently hires and manages its own team of partners. To apply for a barista position, use our store locator to find the Starbucks store that interests you, complete and submit an application and explore the possibilities.
