Guatemala Casi Cielo

A homage to Antigua: a cherished blend of coffees with rich and complex flavors and a cocoa finish.

The words “casi cielo” mean almost heaven. And while you’ve never had to go that far to experience this ineffably rich coffee, there was a time when you could only enjoy it in some of the country’s most exclusive restaurants. Guatemala Casi Cielo is a remarkable coffee with a depth and versatility perfect for a variety of gourmet entrees and desserts – particularly those with savoury herbs or cheeses, rich chocolate or berries.

Recipe For Great Coffee

Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine.

Grind beans just before brewing:
- Coarse for coffee press
- Medium for automatic drip

Measure 2 tbsp (10 g) ground coffee for every 6 fl oz (180 ml) water.

To help preserve that fresh flavor, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not in the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.
