Sulawesi
Sulawesi is one of Indonesia's largest islands.
An assertive coffee with a heavy body and creamy texture, Sulawesi is precious and in great demand. Coffee cherries are partially sun-dried; and then, they're pulped with water in the semi-washed method. This process gives Sulawesi a more herbal than earthy tone. The smooth complexity hints at its exotic origins.
