Starbucks eGift Card is equivalent to an online purchase of a Starbucks Card with pre-paid value and sent to your loved ones via the Starbucks Singapore Mobile Application or via the Starbucks website.
Purchase of the Starbucks eGift Card is currently only available via the Starbucks Singapore Mobile Application or via the Starbucks website.
To redeem an e-Gift card, click the redemption link found in the bottom of the e-Gift email sent and follow the instructions accordingly. Once that is done, you may register your e-Gift card by creating a Starbucks account here or adding it to your existing Starbucks account.
The recipient of your eGift will receive an email notifying them that they have received an eGift from you.
The Starbucks eGift Card is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase, the eGift will be considered expired and no refund will be made or reimbursed to the sender of the Starbucks eGift Card. Extension of the validity period is not allowed.
Once the Starbucks eGift Card is redeemed, the usual 3 years validity period from the last transaction date applies for the Starbucks Card.

You will need to redeem & register the eGift card 1st by adding it to your existing Starbucks account. Once you have registered the eGift card successfully to your account, you can transfer the value from your eGift to your existing card under your account.
We regret to inform that we do NOT allow any refunds of the Starbucks eGift Card purchase. This is stated clearly in our pre-purchase Terms of Use for the Starbucks eGift Card on our App.
No, you will not be able to redeem a physical Card in stores. However, a "Virtual Card" functions the same way as a physical Card and you're able to reload and make payment using the mobile app.
