Once shipping begins, you'll receive an email notification with tracking info so you know when to expect your package.
Our pre-order runs on a while stocks last basis. We don’t have a fixed end date as it depends on demand, so we recommend placing your order early to secure your unit.

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order reference number.

We’ll collect payment when you place your pre-order (i.e. at checkout), to secure your unit.
Yes — you may order up to 5 Bearista Glass Cold Cups in one transaction.
We’ve done our best to plan shipping, so you get your Bearista Glass Cold Cup in February 2026 — but just in case there’s a delay (manufacturing, courier, etc.), we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date.

For your Bearista Glass Cold Cup pre-order, you’ll receive all the important updates. You will be notified when the order is shipped from our warehouse and when the order is delivered.
Yes, you are eligible to earn Stars on your pre-order purchase as long as you are logged in as a Starbucks® Rewards member. Stars will be credited upon your acknowledgement of order received. Issuance of Stars is not applicable on shipping fee.
No. Stars, Rewards redemptions, discounts or any other privileges are not applicable on pre-order items.
No. Once orders are placed, your pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend your delivery information once the order is placed. Hence please ensure the delivery information submitted is accurate before checking out. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our Customer Care Team here or give us a call at 65137500 between 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) with your order number.
Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments. However, if your order is already delivered by the time we receive your request, it may be beyond our control to retrieve it.
