Coffee Seminars Terms of Use

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE COFFEE SEMINARS TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ATTENDING OUR COFFEE SEMINARS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By completing registration and submitting payment for the Coffee Seminar (“Event”), you (“Participant”) (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Event Organizer (“Organizer”) and (ii) consent to provide all personal data reasonably requested by the Organizer to enable Organizer to register you and to make preparations for the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, https://www.starbucks.com.sg/privacy-policy shall apply.


2. Registration and Payment


Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars and are payable in advance.


3. No Refund Policy


All payments are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be obligated to refund any portion of the registration fee, including but not limited to Participant cancellation, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with the Event.


4. No Rescheduling or Date Changes


The registration is valid solely for the Event date specified at the time of booking. No changes, transfers, or rescheduling will be permitted.


5. Event Modifications


The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, conductor, venue, or schedule without prior notice. Such modification(s) shall not entitle the Participant to any refund or compensation.


6. Limitation of Liability


The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.


7. Minimum Registration Requirement


The seminar will proceed only if the minimum number of registrations, as specified by the Organizer, is met. If the minimum registration requirement is not fulfilled by the deadline, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar without liability.


8. Media Release


By attending the Event, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use photographs, video, and other media taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.


9. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
