How do I place a Starbucks® Delivers (in-app delivery) order?

You can download our Starbucks Singapore mobile app and place your order with the following steps:

  • Launch App
  • Tap “Order”
  • Choose Starbucks® Delivers
  • Enter your delivery information
  • Tap “Proceed” to select your items
  • Check and confirm your delivery address before clicking “Submit Order”

A minimum order of $15 excluding delivery fee, will be required for all delivery orders.

Why is Starbucks® Delivers not available in my area?

Starbucks® Delivers is currently only available at selected areas.

Can I select my preferred store location for the delivery order?

No, you will not be able to choose your preferred store location. The nearest available store will be assigned to your order after you’ve entered your delivery address.

Can I schedule my delivery time on Starbucks® Delivers?

No. We are not able to schedule any order in advance. Orders will be processed as soon as we receive them.

Do I need to be a Starbucks® Rewards member to order via Starbucks® Delivers?

Yes. You will have to log in as a Starbucks® Rewards member via the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app. As a member, you can earn Stars when you order via Starbucks® Delivers.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

A minimum order of $15 applies. This excludes delivery fee.

How much is the delivery fees?

A delivery fee of $4.50 applies for each order. Do note Stars issuance for Starbucks® Rewards is not applicable on delivery fees.

What payment mode(s) do you accept?

We only accept payment through your registered Starbucks Card in your account via the Starbucks Singapore mobile app where you place your order from.

Can I use multiple registered Starbucks Card payment in a single order?

Only one registered Starbucks Card can be used as payment mode for a single order. Do ensure that your card balance is sufficient for a more seamless checkout process.

Does Starbucks® Delivers accept cash-on-delivery?

No, we do not accept cash-on-delivery. Only Starbucks Card is accepted as payment mode for Starbucks® Delivers order.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, it will be processed instantly, and cancellation will not be allowed.

Can I amend my order after I have placed my order?

Once the order has been placed, it will be processed instantly, and any changes or modifications to your order will not be allowed.

Why is my order being cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled if one of the items ordered is out of stock or it takes longer than usual to find a driver. You will receive a notification via the app, refund will be automatically processed and returned to your Starbucks Card within 1 working day. If you would like to order again, please select other items and try again.

Can I get a refund if my order is cancelled on Starbucks® Delivers?

The option to cancel an order will only appear when the system is unable to find a driver for your order. Once the order has been cancelled, refund will be automatically processed and returned to your Starbucks Card within 1 working day.

How can I check on the delivery status?

You can check the delivery status at the home page of your Starbucks Singapore mobile app. Do pull down the page to do a Refresh. If you have made multiple deliveries at the same time, you can also slide the left and right tab to view the order status.

My order status is not updated.

Will I be able to earn Stars with Starbucks® Delivers?

Yes, all successful purchase made through Starbucks® Delivers on the Starbucks Singapore mobile app will be eligible to earn Stars. However, do note that delivery fees are not applicable for Stars earned.

Will I be able to redeem Rewards or Stars on Starbucks® Delivers?

Currently, Rewards and Stars cannot be redeemed on Starbucks® Delivers.

How long does it take for Stars to be credited into my account for purchases made on Starbucks® Delivers?

It will take up to 24 hours for Stars to be credited into your account. If you do not receive them after the stipulated period, do reach out to our Customer Care Team here .

How do I check Order History and Stars Earned for my delivery orders?

You may access the Starbucks® Singapore app and view them under ‘Transaction History’. Alternatively, you can also log into the Starbucks® Rewards Member Portal and refer to the ‘History’ tab for your Stars Earned.

I did not receive Stars for my Starbucks® Delivers order.

I have input the wrong delivery address for my order, how can I cancel it? 

Once the order has been placed, it will be processed, and cancellation will not be allowed. Do reach out to our Customer Care Team at 6950 0105 and we will try our best to assist you.

How do I add another delivery address?

You may click on ‘Change address’ on the location pop-up screen or click on your address on the menu item screen to add another delivery address.

How do I edit delivery address?

You may click on ‘Change address’ on the location pop-up screen or click on your address on the menu item screen to view your saved address. Thereafter, click on ‘Edit’ to amend your delivery address.

Can I send an order to another delivery location?

Yes. You may click on ‘Change address’ on the location pop-up screen or click on your address on the menu item screen to add another delivery address. Do remember to check your address prior to checkout.

Can I send a delivery order to another delivery location anonymously?

No. Order sent to the recipient will include your details.

Can I leave a note or remarks on my delivery order?

No. We are not able to leave a note or add remarks for your delivery order.
