Mobile Order & Pay allows customers to place an order in advance, pay ahead with a registered Starbucks Card and pick up at the store they’ve selected. It is a new feature of the Starbucks® Singapore mobile app, available for download on the App store and Google Play. With Mobile Order & Pay, you’ll collect Stars and earn Rewards with Starbucks® Rewards just like you do when you pay in store.

Gaining access to Mobile Order & Pay is easy, with only a few simple steps needed:
Download the latest Starbucks Singapore mobile app for iPhone® and Android™ on the Apple App store or Google Play store. If you are an existing user of Starbucks® Singapore app, check the App Store or Play Store to ensure the app has been updated to the latest version.
Ensure location or GPS services are turned on to allow the app to display the eligible stores.
To use Mobile Order & Pay, users must first register to become a Starbucks® Rewards member. If you’re an existing member, log into your account to start using Mobile Order & Pay.
Click on the "Order" option on the bottom of the screen and you are ready to use Mobile Order & Pay.
If you are an existing user of the Starbucks Singapore app and the app does not automatically update to the latest version, simply uninstall the existing app and download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play store to discover the new features.
Registering for Starbucks® Rewards is easy. You can join the program by registering your Starbucks Card. Simply purchase a Starbucks Card in any of our stores (except for stores located at Changi Airport other than Starbucks Jewel Changi Airport) by loading a minimum of S$10. You can start collecting Stars and earning Rewards by paying with your registered Starbucks Card.
To use Mobile Order & Pay, follow these five easy steps:
Click on the "Order" option located on the bottom of the screen.
Select the beverage and food items to order: Just like our stores, beverages are customizable, including options to modify such as number of espresso shots, dairy selections and more.
Select the store for pick up: Approximate wait time will be shared prior to selecting your preferred store. Menu items will be updated based on availability after the store is selected. Directions to the selected store will also be available, if needed.
Confirm by clicking "Order": Payment is made from the default registered Starbucks Card on your account.
Proceed to the selected Starbucks® store to pick up your food and beverages: Orders are sent to the selected store where baristas will prepare your order. When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification message sent via the app. Then, ask a barista for your freshly made order at the usual pickup area.
When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification message sent via the Starbucks® Singapore app. Please proceed to the store you’ve selected within the estimated ‘ready by’ time shown on the app and collect your order at the pick-up area by presenting your order details to our barista.
When you use Mobile Order & Pay for the first time, the app will select the closest participating Starbucks store to your current location. The app will also display the current menu availability and estimated pick-up time for your order from that store. You can change stores by tapping the map or using the "Search" function. Once your order is submitted, you will not be able to change the pick-up store. For your subsequent Mobile Order & Pay orders, the default store selected will be that of your most recent Mobile Order & Pay purchase.
Almost all your favorite Starbucks beverages and selected food items are available through Mobile Order & Pay. The “Order” section of the app has a menu which lists all available offerings at the participating stores. With a few taps on your phone, you can customize your favorite beverages and choose to have food items served warm, just as you can with in-store orders.
While almost all your favorite Starbucks beverages are available through Mobile Order & Pay, we are currently not offering selected food items, Starbucks Reserve™ hand-brewed beverage, whole beans and merchandise for Mobile Order & Pay.
If an item is almost sold out at the store, "Temporarily out of stock" will be displayed on the app should those items will be purchased by customers in queue at the store.
You can order a maximum of 15 items.
Mobile Orders can only be made within the store operating hours.
Before you place your order, an estimated prep time by the store chosen will be displayed. Once you’ve checked out and submitted your order, you will be given an estimated ‘ready by’ time. Waiting time varies according to the store and time of day. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a notification message via the Starbucks® Singapore app.
Please ensure Notifications are allowed under Settings in the Starbucks® Singapore app and that push notifications have been enabled in your mobile device.
After placing an order through Mobile Order & Pay, the order is immediately sent to the selected store and our baristas will begin the process of making the order. Hence, you will not be able to change the wait time of your order once it has been placed.
Wait times vary depending on a variety of factors, such as store traffic, number of items in your order etc.
If you are an existing user of Starbucks Singapore® app, check the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure the app has been updated to the latest version. In some cases, users may need to delete the old version of the app and reinstall the latest version.
There isn't an option to specify order pick-up time. The mobile ordering feature will provide you with an approximate wait time and once you’ve placed your order, you can proceed to the selected store within the approximate ‘ready by’ time to pick up your order. Be sure to place your order only when you're near.
To process an order placed through Mobile Pay & Order, payment must first be completed via a registered Starbucks Card through the Starbucks® Singapore app.
Payment is managed through registered Starbucks Cards. The feature is built into Starbucks® Singapore app and integrated into the Starbucks® Rewards loyalty program so customers can easily earn Stars with purchases made through Mobile Order & Pay. Starbucks Cards can also easily be reloaded via the app, or you can simply choose the auto-reload function by saving your payment card's information.
Auto-reload allows you to set the amount that your registered Starbucks Card will be reloaded with, once its balance falls below an amount that you choose. Auto-reloads can be set up for any Starbucks Card registered to a Starbucks account using the updated Starbucks® Singapore app. Only one auto-reload transaction can be carried on one Starbucks Card within a Starbucks account, once per day.
You can set up or change your Auto-Reload settings in the updated Starbucks® Singapore app by doing the following
Login into your Starbucks account with the Starbucks® Singapore app.
Select Pay > Manage > Auto-reload
Please note that for every credit card added to our Mobile App, for authentication purposes, there will be a S$1.00 transaction made under the nominated credit card. This S$1.00 transaction will be automatically refunded to your credit card.
With the auto-reload function, you wouldn’t have to worry about your Card's balance during or before purchases. It saves you time and you’ll always have enough for your next coffee run.
Yes, you can set up the auto-reload function for all your Starbucks Cards. For your protection, a daily transaction limit will be applied. Only one auto-reload transaction can be carried on one of your selected Starbucks Cards within a Starbucks account, once per day.
Only one auto-reload transaction, on one Starbucks Card, is allowed per Starbucks account, per day. Maximum auto-reload amount is S$300.
Yes, you can reload your Starbucks Card in stores using with cash or credit/debit cards.
Auto-reloads can only be set up with credit cards. You also can visit any of our stores to reload your Starbucks Card with cash.
No. Once the value has been loaded, the auto-reload transaction cannot be reversed.
No. You can enjoy the same prices as you would if you made the order in stores.
Absolutely. You’ll earn Stars with all your orders made through Mobile Order & Pay. You can keep track of your Stars and your membership level by logging into the Starbucks® Singapore app or via the members portal.
You can redeem core membership rewards with Mobile Order & Pay. (excluding retail merchandise). Check out your core membership rewards under the "Reward" section of the Starbucks® Singapore app. Rewards may be specific to menu items and product customizations.
