To collect Stars on Starbucks orders on GrabFood, members must link their Starbucks® Rewards account to a Grab app account.
To link accounts for the first time: • Go to the Food tile on the Grab app and search for Starbucks to order. • Once you’ve completed your order, go to the ‘Loyalty and Membership’ section on the Order Summary page (usually at the bottom). Click ‘Add Account’ and type in your Starbucks Rewards log-in details. • Once you’ve received a notification that you’ve successfully linked your accounts, you will start collecting Stars on all paid and completed GrabFood deliveries. There’s no need to link your account every time you order Starbucks on GrabFood.

Yes, you may do so by unlinking your Starbucks® Rewards account on the Grab app. Under ‘Loyalty and Memberships’, tap on ‘Learn more’ and click on ‘Settings’ to remove account. Thereafter you can log in to add another Starbucks® Rewards account.
For group orders, only the host will earn the Stars under the entire order as long as the host is linked to a Starbucks® Rewards account on the Grab app.
